Schneider Weissbierbrauerei  is most famous for it's original Weisse bier, however you overlook Schneider Aventinus at your peril! 

Aventinus is again a Wheat beer but is of a style known as Doppelbock. This is a dark rich beer with a high alcohol content, however alongside the chocolate and spicy fruits normally associated with dark strong beers there is a sharpness that prevents it becoming too sweet and rich.
